About Easter
Easter season is the longest of the special liturgical seasons of the Church. It extends all the way to Pentecost Sunday, the 50th day after Easter.
About the Author
Shannon Miles has a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from Howard Payne University, her musical background consists of band directing in public schools, as well as over 15 years experience recording, performing and touring nationally with a wide variety of bands and artists. She is also an active HealthRHYTHMS™ Drum Circle Facilitator, private lesson instructor and currently on staff at Irving Bible Church. Shannon also leads worship for women's events around the great state of Texas and surrounding states.
She is a long-time resident of Irving, TX and married to the man of her dreams, Scott. They are the proud parents of 7 year old Max, 2 year old Emersen, 8 month old Olivia and a spoiled-rotten dog named Maggie. She also is a raw foodist, strives to live "green", dreams of visiting Sudan one day, knows how many days until the State Fair of Texas opens and is obsessed with all things Back to the Future.
